Our cheese dishes are made from products supplied by the Tyrode dairy in L’Auberson.

Our meats come from two local butchers. We work with the Eric Vuissoz bakery in Sainte-Croix.

We work with winegrowers located just a few kilometers away, as the crow flies, from the viewpoint of Mont de Baulmes.

We favor short circuits and products from local artisans.
