Our Menu
Known for its Gruyère doughnuts, the Chalet du Mont de Baulmes also offers other dishes, as well as a dessert menu.
Orders for Gruyère cheese fritters can be placed between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. (last possible arrival time for ordering) for the midday service; the kitchen for the Gruyère cheese fritters service closes at 2:30 p.m.
The rest of the day, other dishes and a dessert menu are available.
Orders for Gruyère cheese fritters can be placed between 6:00 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. (last possible arrival time to order) for the evening service; the kitchen closes completely at 9:45 p.m.
Origin of products
We favour sourcing from local producers.
Our cheese dishes are made from products supplied by the Tyrode cheese dairy in L’Auberson.
Our bakery products come from the Eric Vuissoz bakery in Sainte-Croix.
We work with wineries and butchers located just a few kilometres from Mont de Baulmes as the crow flies.
