Our Menu
Known for its Gruyère doughnuts, the Chalet du Mont de Baulmes also offers other dishes, as well as a dessert menu.
Gruyère doughnuts are served from 11:30am to 1:30pm (last arrival) and from 6pm to 9pm (last arrival).
Outside these times, other dishes and desserts are available.
Origin of products
We favour sourcing from local producers.
Our cheese dishes are made from products supplied by the Tyrode cheese dairy in L’Auberson.
Our bakery products come from the Eric Vuissoz bakery in Sainte-Croix.
We work with wineries and butchers located just a few kilometres from Mont de Baulmes as the crow flies.
