Our menu
Known for its Gruyère fritters, the Chalet du Mont de Baulmes also offers other cheese and meat dishes, as well as a dessert menu.
Gruyere fritters are served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (last arrival) ; as well as from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (last arrival).
The rest of the day other dishes and a dessert menu are offered to you.
Group menus are available for groups of 15 or more. Contact the chalet.

Our cheese dishes are made from products supplied by the Tyrode dairy in L’Auberson.
Our meats come from two local butchers. We work with the Eric Vuissoz bakery in Sainte-Croix.
The wines come from estates located just a few kilometers as the crow flies from the viewpoint of Mont de Baulmes.
We favor short circuits and products from local artisans.
